* AIUB Students/ Employees must bring their Student/ Employee ID Card for identification

* Guests of the Students/ Employees must bring Photo ID for entrance and submit photocopy of the photo ID with the reference of the AIUB student ID/ Employee ID

* AIUB Alumni must bring old Student ID and identify themselves; or bring Photo ID and submit photocopy with reference to the student ID number (guests of alumni must submit photocopy of their photo ID with the reference of the AIUB student ID)
