Freshman students who completed their admission and registration process are either already assigned or will be assigned (if registration completed recently) with their respective VUES and Microsoft Teams accounts. Instruction of acquiring the VUES and MS Teams account is already posted in a sperate notice in the homepage noticeboard (https://www.aiub.edu/notice-for-freshman-students-summer-2020-2021).

Steps of joining the orientation teams online on the scheduled date:

1. Login to Microsoft Teams
2. Find the respective orientation team channel under ‘Teams’ (All freshman students will be already assigned to their respective orientation team)
3. Wait for the teacher to start the orientation meeting
4. After the teacher starts the meeting, join the meeting 
5. Keep your microphone mute at all time unless instructed by the teacher
